Multi-Use Room
Party at the Pool! Hold your next office event, birthday bash, reunion, or other fun gathering at the Palm Desert Aquatic Center and create some amazing memories!
The multi-use room is 698 square feet, air-conditioned, has a private bathroom, sink & counter, and holds a maximum occupancy of less than 45 people.
Exclusive Use
$75.00/hr for Palm Desert Residents
$100.00/hr for Non-Residents
$150.00 security deposit is required for all Multi-use Room rentals. The security deposit will be returned to you in the form of a check mailed to your address 2-3 weeks after the rental, only if no damage has occurred to the Multi-use room and any/all outstanding payments have been received.
A rental packet must be completed and payment received in full (total rental hours + security deposit) before a date and time can be finalized. Rental packets can be picked up at the PDAC front desk or downloaded above.
Set-up & Clean Up
In addition to the hours booked, you receive a 1/2 hour to set up for your party, and a 15 minutes to clean up. Renting the Multi-use Room is the only time we allow outside food or drink to enter the facility. All food and drink must stay inside the Multi-use Room, it is not allowed on the pool deck. Please read the Pool Rules for additional information.
Admission Fees
Renting the Multi-use Room does not include admission for party guests. All party guests entering the facility will be charged, regardless of swimming pool use. General admission rates apply. If you plan on paying for your guests, please type up a guest list (include first name, last name, and age) and leave it with the front desk along with a credit card. When the party is finished, return to the front desk and they will then charge you for only the guests that arrived
