Your Privacy is Important to The Family YMCA of the Desert

This privacy policy sets forth our guidelines concerning the use of your personal information, including, without limitation, the reasonable efforts we make to protect your personal information in accordance with these guidelines, and about what choices you have concerning our use of such information. We may need to change this policy from time to time in order to address new issues and reflect changes on our site. Refund Policy

Refunds are only given if the YMCA cancels a program. There are no credits given for illness, vacation or other personal reasons. When a person registers, they are reserving the time, space, and staffing, whether or not they, or their child, attends. In emergency situations, a participant may be given a credit voucher (not a refund) for certain program fees. These vouchers are approved by Program Directors. We do not refund donations, unless otherwise approved by our Executive Director.

Security Policy

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
